By accessing or using SolarVid, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Use of Service

SolarVid is designed for solar sales representatives and teams to create personalized AI-generated video outreach. You may use the service for personal or commercial purposes within the scope of your subscription plan. You are responsible for the content you generate and how you use it.

3. Credits & Billing

Credits are allocated monthly based on your plan and reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over. Refunds are not available for credits that have already been used. If you believe there is a billing error, please contact us within 30 days of the charge.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use SolarVid to generate spam, misleading content, or material that violates any applicable laws or regulations. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to: impersonation, harassment, creation of illegal content, or any use that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Disclaimer

SolarVid is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service or that the service will meet your specific requirements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolarVid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
